Savor the experience of dry aged, local steak
We are involved in every step that it takes to bring local beef from the farm’s field to your plate. Master Butcher Frank Pace travels right to the source in order to select the best whole steer from New England farms. Grass fed and grain finished for outstanding flavor and tenderness, the beef is butchered and then aged to perfection in our state-of-the-art dry aging rooms.
