The main dining room features booth and table seating with a direct view of our open kitchen. Adding an industrial edge to the classic steakhouse, there’s plenty to look at and observe throughout your meal, from the oyster bar on the blue soapstone counter to the antique meat grinder installation dividing the barroom from the main dining area.

The Space
We designed Guild & Company to be a dining destination that is both inspiring and inviting to all our guests. Custom light fixtures from Conant Metal & Light incorporate re-purposed antique materials, adorning the restaurant and casting eye-catching patterned shadows on the walls and ceilings.
Central to the space is the open kitchen, featuring a hardwood grill and turnspit that can be viewed from our main dining room. The Barroom and our private dining room are located off to the side and are each centered around a brick-lined fireplace. Our soapstone topped bar with cold-rolled steel and patina accented paneling balances the contemporary with classic, providing a more casual space to dine and meet with friends.

The Food
Using local, seasonal ingredients, we prepare each dish so every nuance of flavor shines. Steak is simply seasoned with salt and then grilled over hardwood coals. Accompaniments such as lobster butter and classic sides ranging from whipped potatoes to garlic roasted broccoli round out the dish. There are a variety of appetizers and smaller plates, like our Rock Crab Dip, that are perfect for sharing.

Pop on in any night of the week for a more casual outing, or plan a special evening and order our signature bone-in ribeye for two, carved tableside. The Drinks
A good meal deserves to be paired with a good drink. We’ve built a cocktail and wine program that invites our guests to try something new while providing options from established, world-renowned wineries as well as a selection of classic cocktails complemented by a full bar.
