When The Farmhouse Group decided to open a steakhouse, we had one thought: A consistent supply of premium local beef would be key. We hired Master Butcher Frank Pace to make it happen. At Guild & Company we are involved in every step that it takes to bring local beef from the farm’s field to your plate.

Master Butcher Frank Pace and Chef Tom Deckman purchase whole beef from quality farms, such as LaPlatte River Angus Farm, Shelburne VT; Vermont Family Farm, Enosburg Falls, VT; and Curtain Farm, Cassville, NY. Grass fed and grain finished for premium flavor, the beef is then butchered and aged to perfection in house.
